Dr. Zhang has had 30 years of scientific and managerial experience in drugs discovery and development in the top 10 global pharmaceutical companies. Dr. Zhang graduated from University of Science and Technology of China in 1987. He received his Ph.D. degree in Organic Chemistry at Brandeis University in 1994, then joined as a postdoctoral research fellow in Professor Silverman’s lab at Northwestern University in 1995. In May 1997, Dr. Zhang joined as a research scientist in Medicinal Chemistry at Abbott, one of top 10 pharmaceutical companies in the world. From 2014 to 2015, he worked as an associate director for AbbVie Inc., and managed the Medicinal Chemistry research team at AbbVie R&D center in Shanghai. Dr. Zhang has worked in the fields of anticancer, ion channel therapeutics for pain, neural science and renal disease. He had contributed several drugs candidates for clinical trials. He received a number of prestigious awards at Abbott and AbbVie, including Abbott Global Pharmaceutical Research and Development President’s Award, Abbott Outstanding Achievement Award, Abbott GPRD Discovery Excellence Award. He has more than 30 publications in the Journal of the American Chemical Society, Journal Medicinal Chemistry and other journals. He received more than 40 patents in organic chemistry and drug discovery and development. In 2020, he was awarded as a high-quality class 1 professional at Jinwan Distric Zhuhai.

Dr. Zheng obtained a doctoral degree in organic chemistry from Brandeis University in 1994 and has worked as a postdoctoral researcher at Harvard University School of Medicine and Massachusetts Institute of Technology in the United States. He has published 8 papers in American organic chemistry biochemistry, Chemical physics and other magazines. He has obtained 11 US invention patents and 40 Chinese invention patents. In 2006, Dr. Zheng was funded by the Wuxi 530 Talent Program and returned to China to establish Wuxi Zhongde Meilian Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (later acquired by Anke Biotechnology). Dr. Zheng was selected for the China's "Thousand Talents Plan". and was selected for the high-level entrepreneurship and innovation talent introduction plans in Jiangsu Province in 2009. He formerly served as the President of Wuxi Biopharmaceutical R&D Enterprise Association, Director and President of the Board of Directors of Anke Biotechnology. Dr. Zheng joined the management team of Guangdong CJ Pharmaceutical Co.， Ltd. in 2021 as President.

Dr. Pi received his Ph.D. degree in Medicinal Chemistry at East China University of Science and Technology. Before he joined GuangDong CJ Pharmaceutical Co., he was a CBO at PARMACIES and a deputy manager at Business Dept of BociMed. Dr. Pi has more than 10 years’ working experience at several pharmaceutical companies in China, and has several research articles published in international journals. He received 30 patents in organic chemistry and medicinal chemistry, and has managed more than 10 generic drugs projects.

Yang Liu received his doctoral degree in chemistry (Nanoparticle) from Hamburg University in Germany in 2022 and received master degree in polymer chemistry and physics (Nanoparticles) from Northeast Normal University in 2018. Worked as senior scientist in TOP CRO for DP development for the drugs with poor aqueous solubility e.g., ASD, nanosuspension as well as in charge of the production and scale-up of ASD and OSD. Had rich experiences of development for ASD, nanosuspension and nanoparticle preparation. Familiar with guidance/guidelines issued by FDA/NMPA/ICH and skilled in experiment design, method exploration and data process. Published 10 literatures in international press.

Mr. Xu received his Master degree in Pharmaceutical Engineering at Nanchang University in 2019. Before he joined GuangDong CJ Pharmaceutical Co., he was an associate director at DongYangGuang Pharmaceutical Research Institute. He has worked with several reformulation drugs projects, including highly-variable drugs and new formulation for poorly soluble drugs with nanocrystalline technology and solid dispersion technology。

Mr. Yin received his BS degree in Health Inspection and Quarantine Specialty at ZhaoQing Medical College in 2011. He worked as a QC scientist and was promoted as an associate director at RunDu Pharma Research Institute. He has worked with a number of generic drugs projects, within the ICH guidance on validation of analytical methods. In 2021, he joined GuangDong CJ Pharmaceutical Co. as a QC Senior Manager.

Jin Yang obtained bachelor degree in pharmaceutics from Shanxi Medical University. Working on quality management of pharmaceutics for 25 years. Possessed manufacture, quality management and management of pipeline research of sterile lyophilized powder for 8 years, oral tablets, capsules, granules and gels for 13 years as well as medical apparatus for 4 years. Over 10 product release experience as QA manager/QP when worked in Annol. Now he was QP in CJ pharmaceutical Co., Ltd to monitor quality system.

Gained master degree in biochemistry and molecular biology of Shenyang Pharmaceutical University in 2011; had 12-year experiences in domestic and overseas (e.g., Malaysia, Philippines, Pakistan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan etc.) market authorization application (MAA), successfully completed domestic ANDA application and PIND & IND for innovative drugs and NDA in Indonesia ; familiar with regulations issued by NMPA，EMA，FDA，ICH， OECD etc.; had interpreting experiences in PAI.Good at translation and proofreading in CTD and ACTD format documentation, individually in charge of drug registration. Good oral and written English.

Mr. Yu received his Master degree from China University of Geosciences, he has years of work experience in a biopharmaceutical company. Before he joined GuangDong CJ Pharmaceutical Co., he was as Sales Director of Pfizer (Guangzhou). He joined GuangDong CJ Pharmaceutical Co. as a Sales Director in 2023.

Mr. Zhang received his Master degree from Department of bioengineering at Xiamen University. He formerly worked as an MBA Enterprise Mentor at the School of Business, Shantou University. He has 20 years’ work experience as a senior executive in pharmaceutical companies. He jointed GuangDong CJ Pharmaceutical Co. as a Director of financing in 2023
